I am extremely happy with my purchase. This was my first AR and it runs great. At this point, I have shot around 400 assorted rounds of 5.56 and .223 through it with no issues at all. Easy to operate and clean. I purchased Magpul MBUS Flip-Up sights and a Sig Sauer Whiskey 3 scope which were both very easy to install and adjust. I have only been able to shoot it up to 100 feet so far but hoping to get to an outdoor range with more distance soon. This rifle arrived quickly and I'm very pleased with it. The only thing I would have considered a negative is the magazine because it just feels like a thin cheap aluminum mag. The mag works fine if that's all you have but AR mags are cheap and I've already picked up a few Magpul mags which feel much better. Diamondback, in my opinion, is producing a quality product at a fair price and they deserve the kudos for that. I would recommend this gun to anyone.

Excellent budget AR for plinking or self defense. One of my family members swears by DB AR rifles so I thought I would give it a shot and I am glad I did. The Good ? Out of the box reliability, without cleaning or lubing I put 300 rounds of brass 55 gr fmj through it without a hitch. Accuracy is great with a Romeo 5 red dot, typical AR reliability. 15 inch M-loc rail adds weight to the front of the AR. It's a nice balance shift in my opinion that helps with muzzle rise (nearly eliminates what little there is). I also really like the look of the rail. The bad ? Fit and finish was not all that great. There were some pretty gnarly edges on the AR and some metal shavings from machine work present on the charging handle. Horrible magazine ! I know this is not a big deal bc I will use other mags but the provided magazine was so tight in the mag well that it was a struggle to get in and worse getting out. Again, not a big deal since I had other mags but anyone who would buy this and had only the provided mag would struggle to load/unload if ever the need for self defense arises. Not cool. Provided nags should be functional. PMags work great. Trigger is a bit heavy but I plan on dropping a better one in. Overall ? I would highly recommend this brand and this specific model with my only advice to get spare mags. My family member was right about DB and should I purchase any more AR rifles in the future They probably will be DB if I'm not building. I don't see the price coming down much any time soon and it's always a good idea to have a reliable and handy rifle so don't hesitate to give this rifle a chance. Stay safe and God bless.

Arrived with the firing pin retaining pin broken... Not an expensive part, nonetheless I would expect the rifle to be 100% intact being brand new.

Gun works great just as ordered, only reason 4 stars is the after one use the collapsible stock broke and collapses on its own after every shot I take. The nut inside the stock that holds the collapsible stock in position fell out. Not the end of the world ordered a magpul collapsible and good to go! Great affordable ar

After searching, reading reviews and watching videos I decided to go with the Diamondback DB15 and must say so far I am happy with my decision. Love the setup on this AR and the M-LOK Rail. Only ran about 30 rounds through it and so far no issues. I've added a MAGPUL Vertical Grip and an ADE Tactical Reflex Dot Sight. Would have been 5 stars but the DURAMAG SPEED clip that comes with the AR doesn't fit as easy as it should.
