Not as smooth as a high-end Browning, but a great value... Plus a rebate available... Fired off some reloads and they were touching at 100 yards...
Little problem getting the last round out of the magazine and into battery, but hopefully that'll smooth out with use...

Rifle shoots under 1 inch with Winchester white box ammo. Reloads with Hornady 55 gr. Z-Max are under 5/8 inches at 100 yards. Trigger pull on my rifle required no adjustment.

This is a good gun for the money. I am not planning to use it as a primary hunting rifle but more as a back-up, I have so much 223 and 5.56 ammo and wanted to have another gun that could help fire all the ammo I have accumulated. This gun was attractive to me since it was chambered for both the 223 and the 5.56. I bought a low-end scope for it and fired it for the first time yesterday. I am pleased with the gun after shooting some 223 rounds and 5.56 rounds through it. The bolt is a little loud and I am not a big fan of the location of the safety but overall I was very pleased with the gun based on the money I spent and the purpose for which I made the purchase.

Its a mostly solid piece of rubber, that more for a good purchase/grip against your shoulder then it is for reducing recoil, but james is correct that 223 is not a very recoil heavy cartridge. But if tou wanted to you could always run a muzzle break to further reduce recoil and or get a limbs limbsaver, but you likely won't need it.
