Dennis, yes, since this shotgun has a 3 inch chamber, it can fire 3 inch and shorter 12 gauge shells (2 3/4) no issue. It is recommended to break it in with high power shells (50 or so) initially and then clean and re-lube. Dennis, yes this has a 3 inch chamber so it will shoot 2-3/4 inch and 3 inch shells. Just fine. For the break in period so first 150-200 rounds, if shooting 2-3/4 inch shells I'd stick with standard or high velocity rounds to completely cycle the bolt. After it's broke in it should cycle any velocity ammo just fine. Hope this helps.

When you change the bolt does it switch the ejection port away from your face?

NO, it can only eject from the right side. You can only change the charging handle side. I hope this helps

Was a recent purchase had it to the range once and it functioned well had one hiccup in thirty rounds that I attribute to breakin. Overall the quality and function are good the only negative I have at this time is the safety is not marked at all and takes some getting used to so I painted dots on it myself.

This shotgun has run great for me! I've put a few hundred rounds through it, a bunch in rapid fire, and I haven't had a single malfunction. I've run lots of bird shot and a bunch of buckshot. Can't do better for the price!

The box was in bad shape when it was delivered. By some good luck, the weapon was in great shape. Have not taken it to the range, but by the look’s & appearance it has surpassed my expectations. In comparison with my other shotgun, this will greatly improve my home defense. As for now, would not trade it in for anything. Had a few friends already willing to buy it off of me, PUNKS.

Weapon is as stated in offer, however, the chokes provided were the same and not varied. This is a small item. Fit and finish is excellent. Pic rail is a bit tigh but a simple filing will take care of that.
Overall it's a good weapon to add to home defense.

Haven't shot it yet got a medical issue but the box was ripped apart on the inside and all three chokes are missing. I emailed budsguns a couple weeks ago and no response. Won't be using for a while but would like all that I bought. Been happy with all the other purchases at buds so it's not complaining yet.
