• Q: The second picture contains a ported barrel. Does this Gen 1 come with a ported barrel? Or is this photo inaccurate for this Gen 1?

  The barrel is not ported, the picture is the slide cutout for weight reduction to allow reliable cycling which is always done on the 17L.

  Unfortunately, Buds' policy is to ship without non-compliant magazines only, if capacity is the only state restriction. you would need to acquire compliant magazines separately.
  Or you could purchase a model that already comes with compliant mags, but the G17L is only ever packaged with the standard 17rd mags like the one you linked above, or there is a 10rd version listed here - https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/730002834/g17l+cladjustable+sightssic+9mm+10+1+6.0+adjustable+sights
