Does it have a decocker to use in double action?

Paul, yes this has a ambidextrous safety/decocker. So the lever under the rear sight will decock the hammer and will disable the trigger. So you can chamber a round and decock the hammer so the first round is in double action. Hope this helps.

Are there higher capacity mags available for the px4 storm 45acp other than just a 9 or 10 round mag?

10 rounds is currently it Llewellyn. There are magazine extensions available for the 9mm and 40S&W and will probable be available for the 45ACP soon : https://www.midwestgunworks.com/page/mgwi/prod/E0034

This pistol comes with Two 10rd Magazines. The Plus 1 is when you rack one in the chamber - then top the Magazine off with another 10th round.

Does it come with three mags and the hard-case?

The pistol arrived in perfect condition, and all paperwork intact. Two 9 round magazines, the safety lock, 2 extra back straps, and a speed loader. I have not shot it yet, and will update this review if any issues occur. I expect it to work perfectly, as my previous 9mm did. I also have a full sized 1911, and the PX4 is noticeably lighter when both are loaded. I would estimate a 6 ounce weight difference. The finish is good, with no marks, and very clean. Thin plastic case

This is a full reliable hand gun. Very accurate as 6 inches radio on 35 feet. Good for long trips.

A solid, dependable big bore easy to conceal. The PX4 Storm in .45ACP is big medicine for 2 or 4 legged predators that prowl in the night. The rotating barrel reduces perceived recoil very similar to a hot .38 SPL. Very manageable. Field stripping and cleaning is a breeze. Highly recommend tritium or high-viz sights. I went with Trijicon red. THE PX4 IS THE PERFECT STORM!

You know you really cant go wrong with anything Beretta makes. I remember having a 90' model 9mm, that was just a perfect little target pistol. Well still to today, they make a superior gun to a lot of other manufactures, in fact for the price, I bought twins in this.45..

Picked up the PX4 .45 acp today from my FFL. Took it to the range for test drive. SWEET!!! I fired it along with my WALTHER PPQ M2 .45 acp. and the recoil of the PX4 was much less than the Walther. I was also able to stay on target much easier with the PX4. the walther kicks like a mule whereas there was significantly less recoil with the Beretta. Only negative is that I waited too long to make the purchase of the Beretta!!!!! Last but not least, I fired the PX4 straight out of the box, no wipedown, did not lube, it fired flawlessly… no misfires, no ftf, or stovepipes. Excellent performing handgun!!!

I have great praise for this gun. Ergonomically it is a excellent fit in the hand . It is very accurate and the recoil is not to bad. Highly recommend for self defense or home defense or target shooting.

The pistol jammed like crazy. Sent to back to Barretta to get looked at and it came back the same unfixed. Recoil is very good on this, just wish it was able to use a full mag without jamming. Always 2 or 3 rounds partically ejected or jammed in the chamber every single time I used it. I owned this for 2 years then traded it. I will say on a positive note I became a expert on clearing jams.

Awesome gun! This pistol is very accurate and easy to shoot after getting used to the trigger and controls. I have been shooting Glocks for several years, so it takes a little time to adjust to the hammer- fired pistols, but this is one smooth shooter. I have run about 100 rounds through it so far with varying loads, and have experienced no malfunctions. The recoil is somewhat less than with the Glock 30 that I have, and the accuracy is outstanding, even in double action. It is a snap to clean. I love the fit and finish, and the way the magazines "click" into place. This is an extremely well made pistol that should give a lifetime of service.
