So this is a size "15" according to uncle mikes website "Fully adjustable shoulder harness with 2.5"-wide nylon web straps and a self-centering back-pieceFits up to 48" chest. https://unclemikes.com/vertical-shoulder-holster/-------------- 15 is the largest size i could find on any of their holsters. I would consider carrying strong side IWB or OWB, Safari land, Henry and Raven concealment, Trex arms, Darkstar Gear, and JM customs all have great options for holsters for these carry methods, i know some big guys that even carry appendix with JM custom holsters. https://www.jmcustomkydex.com/c/Custom.html

Love this shoulder holster with extra mag. holder. Very comfortable for heavier guns with high capacity mags.

I have been looking for a shoulder holster for some time, I tried this one and no matter how much I adjust it the strap that goes behind the neck rubs on my neck making it uncomfortable after wearing for any length of time, I am a large guy 6'4" 210lbs and it does fit but not very well.
