This rifle is top notch the best when you put a Vortex viper 6 x 24 x 50 scope

I put a Vortex Diamondback scope in Weaver Tactical rings and picatinny rail on this rifle and went to the range. It was 107 degrees here in Mesa, Az so I didn't expect much from the rifle. I looked through the bore and it seemed that the scope and barrel were pointing about in the same spot so I shot at 100 yards and hit low. After adjusting I shot a 3 shot group with Winchester Match Ammo 140 grain and they went into one elongated hole. I made a final adjustment for elevation and shot 3 more times and they did the same thing. I limited my first range visit to two 3 shot groups because it was so hot but the results were spectacular. I cannot wait for the weather to cool so I can see what this rifle does on the long range course. For the price this rifle will shoot and it's not excessively heavy at 9.9 pounds scoped and loaded. I'll be killing a mule deer in Colorado soon with it I'm sure.
