Browning Buck Mark Plus UDX Stainless/Silver 22 Long Rifle Pistol

The Browning Buck Mark pistols have a reputation as competition accurate pistols and this model did not disappointment. After only slight adjustment of the rear sight I was able to place shots within a 2 inch circle at 30 yards. This a very good looking and accurate pistol. The only reason for the four star rating is that it is a little difficult to disassemble for cleaning.

Everyone should own a Buckmark. Very well made, highly accurate, and a joy to shoot. Put 60-70 rounds through it on day one and it functioned perfectly. Every shot grouped nicely into one area of the target which was expected. This is my second Buckmark, the first one is almost 25 years old and they shoot almost identical. The fiber optic front sight on this new one is extremely easy to aim with. The grips are beautiful and the stainless is easy to clean. Probably my new favorite.

Firearm arrived quickly after payment was received. It arrived in perfect condition and working order. No bumps or issues what so ever. I will be using Buds again for all my firearms. On the issue of the the Buckmark specifically, great handgun! Smooth trigger, not too much recoil, and a grip that just fits. Great gun! The Best 22 On the market today Period!

I bought this gun about a year ago and have shot it quite a bit. I decided I wanted a .22 auto and I feel that Browning is about the top of the line. This gun is truly stunning looking, the grips and finish on the gun in unbelievable! At 25 yards shooting at the first bullet hole and hitting it is no problem(benching of course). Extremely accurate, I have not had one misfire and some of the ammo I've shot through it has been some old old stuff(was my dads after he passed away, we just shot it up to get rid of it). I have two complaints about the gun, the first is it only comes with one magazine, at this price it should come at least with two mags, the box is made to hold three. The second is the trigger is a little harder than I like, keep in mind however I shoot mainly revolvers so it might be an automatic thing. But I will say the quality of this gun is unparalleled with any other semi auto 22 on the market in my opinion, will blow away a Ruger MK!

Product: The Browning Buck Mark UDX may be the most comfortable and well-balanced pistol I have ever held! It isn't light; It's solid. The grip feels like it was shaped from soft clay I squeezed with my hand. I love the rounded back of the grip. The safety and slide-release levers are wide and easy to use, though the slide release is forward a bit for smaller hands. Pushing the safety up with a thumb is hard with a normal grip, but I don't activate it that way, anyways. The fit and finish on the stainless model is fantastic. The trigger pull is about 4lbs, crisp, and super-short. It's not adjustable, but it doesn't need to be. I put about 250 rounds through each of them (more on that below) the first day, both CCI Mini Mags and Federal Match bulk ammo. It fired both easily, no failures, and with nearly no recoil. Sights are fantastic--long sight radius with fiber-optic front for easy target acquisition. The sights were factory set for much further away than the 25 yard maximum my son and I were shooting. We were hitting quite high. The Pro-Target rear sight easily adjusted in positive clicks with a gun-lock key until we zeroed in some off-hand groups at 75' all in a 5" circle. It was amazingly fun and made me feel much more accurate than I am with my bad eyesight! I purchased two of these: the Stainless model above, and the Black frame/Rosewood grips for my son with the intention of switching the grips (super easy with just an hex wrench - took less than 5 minutes). The stainless with Rosewood is a beautiful, wealthy look, much like the limited production Damascus model; the Black frame sided with the Blackish/Gray laminated grips looks stealthy or tactical, yet still classy. They both shoot equally well and feel exactly the same in the hand, which you'd expect. My son hopes to put a rail and optic on top in the future, an easy upgrade on this model. Buds Service: This isn't the first time we've used Buds. This is the first time I've used their price-match. Although Buds automated match software couldn't match the exact price I found elsewhere, there was no shipping cost here so Buds wins! Using a credit card would be faster, but to get the best deal, we used the cash discount price. This requires a waiting period, usually about 5 business days, adding a few days shipping on the back to our FFL. It was interesting that the two guns ordered together shipped separately, perhaps from different warehouses in the country. I received an email update for each pistol when the order was processed, then another when they shipped. I appreciate the ease of Buds online process. I'll use them again when I find a product at the right price.
