Buds Rocks! Easy order, updates come regularly and delivery was fast. Tristar shoots nicely. Not sure if their support knows what updates Turkey is doing. Front sight is a fiber-optic now. Fiber came out on one of the first few shots. Not a big deal at all - replaceable. But support says it's a brass bead! So again, not upset, easy fix. I'll call parts and see what they know. Nice shooter - only noticed recoil when shooting 3" magnums. Otherwise smooth and easy!!

I bought A Tri-Star Viper G2 wood and I'm happy with it. I moved down to a 20 Ga., I'm getting older and wanted a lighter carry and recoiling shotgun. The gun ran fine with my first 16 rounds, I added the drop shim which was included and it the gun fits me perfectly. I purchase Tru-Lock's Winchester XTR turkey choke tube and this combination works well. After firing I cleaned the shotgun and it was dirty.. I'm thinking it's from the gas system design. No big deal with cleaning at all. Budsguns make it almost too easy to purchase firearms from them, price is fair, fast free shipping and they have what you want in stock.
The two things that were disappointing are one factory choke tube had machining burrs on it and wasn't safe to install, the provide choke tube wrench did not fit the ID of the barrel when used to removed the installed choke tube. I call Tri-Star and they had free replacement part to me the same week. A+ customer service.
Bottom line is good shotgun, great customer service from Tri-Star and BudsGuns.
