SCCY's CPX-2 is designed for concealed carry but large enough to get a good firm grip. It is considered to be one of the best priced, precision made "Pocket Pistols" on the market. Chambered for 9mm, it has a 3.1" barrel with a 16:1" right hand twist. The receiver is made from 7075 T6 aircraft grade heat treated aluminum alloy. The Zytel polymer frame features ergonomic finger grooves and an integral recoil cushion on the backstrap. The slide is machined from stainless steel with a Zytel overmolded polymer extension for ease of operation. It has 3-dot sights with a windage-adjustable rear. This DAO has an internal hammer with inertial firing pin to prevent accidental discharge. It has a smooth, consistent 9-pound trigger pull. It comes with two 10-round magazines with finger extensions bases installed and two flat magazine bases. This CPX-2 has a black nitride slide with a crimson frame.

Arrived very quickly even during this covid mess. Seems surprisingly well made for the price and people complain that its too small but i have fairly large hands and it still feels comfy. Got it for a "truck gun" since its cheap bit so far im impressed. Use decent ammo and itll do you good.

Overall its a great for what I paid for it. Haven't taken it to the range yet, but as I've shot others and know the ins and outs I think it would work fine for me. Great gun for range time even though I love my M&P shield I still think it keeps its place and could very well be used as an EDC. Just all around a good gun coming with a lifetime warranty, you just can't go wrong. Think I've found a good holster it might become my summer gun because it prints less and has easier access so far. But I won't rely on it until I hit the range and see what it can take. Bud's is my all time favorite place to get your second amendment protection. Love it!

For an inexpensive carry pistol, mine did what it needed to at the time. Conceal and go bang when I pulled the trigger. It's is not the most ergonomic, the trigger is pretty long, and its ugly as hell. However, it just works. Probably 600 rounds through it when I was carrying it and only issues I had were when I went cheap on the ammo, I.e. aluminum or brass case. Buds has always been good to purchase from either cash or layaway.

This is a very nice looking pistol, but the hand grip is designed for very small hands, it does not fit my large hands whatsoever. I bought this gun a month ago and I'm already looking for a buyer. The action on this isn't desirable either, at least not for a quick-response self defense gun. The trigger has to be FULLY released all the way forward before it will catch again for the next round. This creates a delay, a delay that might be a problem in an emergency situation. For this reason, I would never consider buying an SCCY pistol, for self defense purposes, ever again. I have several 9MM pistols and the trigger action is not a problem with any other than this SCCY gun.
