  Hi Kyle, the scope J Miculek was using was not identified. The Magpul MBUS folding sights are included.

  Unfortunately no, even being a 22lr since it has a pistol grip, collapsible stock, threaded barrel, flash hider and 25 round magazine it's not new York compliant. Sorry but hope this helps.
