The Speed Pump established many speed and performance records over the years. The SXP is equally fast and incorporates new levels of quality and excellent value. Yes it is. However, For Rifles and Shotguns in CT Effective April 1, 2014, per CGS Sec. 29-37a(c), no person may purchase or receive any long gun unless such person holds a valid long gun eligibility certificate issued pursuant to section 29-37p.

The newer models are all Drilled and Tapped. This reviewer was from 4years ago and its possible one slipped by without being drilled from the manufacturer. But per manufacturer specifications, this shotgun is drilled and tapped.

Surefire makes a forend light that works great on them. I can't find it on Buds though.

Item SMC1100 will allow you to use almost any light you want.

The best and easiest way is a Surefire or other aftermarket fore end. Nice shotgun!
