The Ruger PC Carbine is a take-down rifle chambered in 9mm. It comes standard with innovative features such as a custom "dead blow" tungsten weight which shortens bolt travel and simultaneously reduces both felt recoil and muzzle rise. It also has interchangeable magazine wells, one which accepts Ruger SR-Series and the new Ruger Security 9 mags, and another which accepts Glock mags. The bolt is machined from heat treated, chrome-moly steel to ensure strength, structural integrity and durability. Takedown is as simple as locking the bolt back, verifying that the rifle is unloaded, pushing a recessed lever, twisting the sub-assemblies and pulling them apart.

Ruger PC carbine 9mm, little to no kick,no problems no jams. I shoot free hand so it is difficult to measure accuracy exactly, however, I was very happy with its capabilities.

Received my new Ruger PC Carbine from Bud's a couple of weeks ago. Mounted a Nikon P223 scope (1" tube 3x32) on it and took it to the range. Zeroed the scope for 50 yds and started testing the handloads that I had available at the time. Fired projectiles from 90 gr to 147 gr. most of them were producing groups of 2" or less at 50 yds. (Some of the groups were little more that 1") One exception being a 115 gr copper plated RN that was rather eratic compared the all the other rounds groups (out to 6"). Did not have my chronograph with me at the time. Trigger pull comes in at 4.5# with a nice, clean break. I little heavier than I would prefer, but definitely not bad! The carbine has a nice heavy feel to it, which I appreciate. I am impressed overall with the new carbine and excited about doing some more research with various loads. I decided to stick with the Ruger magazines, and acquired 3 extra ones. All of the mags performed as expected. I don't thing anyone will be disappointed in the Ruger PC Carbine.

This rifle exceeds expectations. Handles very well and is reliable, accurate and easy to clean. The only negative criticism I can throw at it is that it weighs more than it needs to. Bolt is incredibly heavy for its caliber. That being said you always know when your mag is empty because you do not feel the bolt slam forward after your last round is fired. Rifle is the same quality as guns that cost over three times as much.

An outstanding PCC! Several range trips so far before restrictions, and it has performed flawlessly. I really like the option to use different mags, although I chose to stick with the Ruger SR9/SR9c mags. Accurate and fun to fire. Probably the only complaint would be the weight, but for me I like that it feels solid. I have been eyeballing some of the Mcarbo upgrades to make it even better. Also, another great experience through Bud's.... right price and fast shipping.

This is a nice pistol carbine. Feels very similar to the Ruger 10/22. It’s quite handy that it comes with a mag well for Glock mags. Sights were dead on right out of the box. I like the take-down system, it’s quick and easy to break down or put back together.

My Ruger 9 mm carbine arrived on time as promised. It was exactly what I had ordered and what I expected. Right out of the box it was ready for use. The directions book was clear and very useful, too. I am totally satisfied with my purchase. The carbine is a handy size for personal security and for shooting. It is light weight and reminds me of my old 1950’s army M1 carbine, though it holds more rounds.

This was my third purchase from Buds. I recieved my two Ruger 9mm carbines in a very timely manner under our current situation. I have not fired the guns but it was so simple to convert to the Glock box in order to accept the Glock magazines. The guns are much heavier built than they appear to the eye and seem to be easy to break down to clean. Being able to purchase a 1000 rounds of 9mm for 200 dollars plus tax is the reason I made the purchase. It is so easy doing business with Buds.

I've been wanting this rifle for awhile. Missed it a few months ago when prices were low. Just got a good deal at Buds. About the firearm - along with my Beretta CX4, it's one of my favorite "plinking" guns. Also like to have it around for home defense when an A/R is too much penetration, but want more firepower than my Glock 41. Having only shot it a bit at my outdoor range, so far so good. It's a Ruger, which means CHF barrel and good fit and finish. I like the fluted barrel. Takedown is a plus and it fits in the same case as my daughter's 10/22 breakdown. Only negative so far is the weight. I was surprised at how heavy it feels for its size. I attribute this to the barrel - it is substantial, but I also read somewhere Ruger adds a weight to the gun for balance and recoil mitigation. I don't know if that's true - I didn't read the manual - but the gun feels heavy for its size. Bottom line is a really like this firearm and am happy with my purchase. Buds was easy to deal with as usual.

Hi, other customers had said that if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction that some Buds representative has offered to remove/replace magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will at the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.
