Purchased this pistol as a more economical way to practice keeping my sight picture with my 45 cal 1911. The feel is the same without the cost of the rounds. The weight is definitely different but the sight picture is very close. The first round with my 45 should be dead on. Went through about 150 rounds with only two misfeeds, both after the weapon got really warm. Cleaned it, let it cool and went through another 50 rds with no issues. Very good looking pistol. Easy to operate.

Purchased this 1911 to go along with my 9mm 1911. Less expensive to train and shoot with the 22 ammo. Timely shipment from Buds to my FFL. This 1911 has the same weight and feel as my 9mm 1911. I have put over 500 rounds through the 1911 22 with with different ammo. I used 1200+ velocity ammo. For some reason thisbgins does not like Agula 1260 ammo. Every third shot there was a miss feed or I would get a stove pipe. CCI Mini Mags, Stingers, Blazer, Remington Thunder bolt no problems. Out of the box this 1911 very accurate 5-15 yards. Only thing I Did was lube the slides before shooting. Great trigger and reset as good as my Rick Island 1911 9mm. A great gun to practice st the range and shooting steel.

Chiappa makes some fine replica type firearms. This one feels good, handles good, and looks good. This is my first Chiappa firearm and I plan to buy more.

nice little gun looks and feels like a 1911 easy take down and fits a 1911 holster i shot all sorts of 22 with it and no problems and as always thank you BUDS came quick no dents or dings

This gun is fun to shoot, reliable after the first 250 rounds with no failures. Once you get the sights dialed in, it is an absolute blast. Bought this as a training tool, and it serves that purpose very well, plus, it's fun and economical to shoot!!

The overall firearm is nice and ran 300 rounds nicely. My only issue is the sights are off. And the sight is incredibly hard to move even with a hammer

My Chiappa 1911-22lr came to my ffl in a very short time and was all I expected. Two mags and a great looking gun. Haven't been to the range yet to shoot, but I'm very pleased with the gun and the service I received from Bud's. When I'm ready for my next gun I'll definitely be looking to Bud's!

I already had several 22s but this one is fun to shoot-and I have plenty of ammo. It’s smooth. I shot it for the first time today. The front sight is a little off (and it looks like a pain to fix) but I like it! It’s not my EDC, but for the price, I think it’s great! I’m gonna have fun with this.

For the money you can’t find a better shooting gun. I have shot over 1000 rounds and it just works. Yes there have been a few failure to feed. But it is a 22lr and the ammo was the cheapest you can buy. Out of 1000 I might have had 3 ftf so ya it just shoots. Thanks buds
