I already had several 22s but this one is fun to shoot-and I have plenty of ammo. It’s smooth. I shot it for the first time today. The front sight is a little off (and it looks like a pain to fix) but I like it! It’s not my EDC, but for the price, I think it’s great! I’m gonna have fun with this.

For the money you can’t find a better shooting gun. I have shot over 1000 rounds and it just works. Yes there have been a few failure to feed. But it is a 22lr and the ammo was the cheapest you can buy. Out of 1000 I might have had 3 ftf so ya it just shoots. Thanks buds

It%u2019s a great little training gun. I bought it to save cost on rounds in my .45. Feels just like a full size 1911. Controls are the same. Awesome for that purpose. Had a little trouble finding ammo that would cycle. Found you you have to oil the barrel and the barrel bushing. And leave the oil on there wet. If you do that, it functions flawlessly. Great gun. The gun is pretty accurate. It%u2019s not a tack driver but then again it%u2019s an auto .22 so you have to be realistic. I can shoot good groups at 12 yards which is all The distance I%u2019ve shot so far. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a 1911 training .22. Again, feels great, shoots good, decent sights, decent controls. All in all a good buy for the money and savings with ammo cost.

Seems to be a good little pistol- put about 100 rounds thru it so far without a hitch. Good gun at a good price- very pleased.

Took my Chiappa 1911-22 to range today 11/26/19 for the first time and i absolutely loved it... put 200 rds of blazer ammo through the pistol with only 4 miss loads.. Gun is a great weight with no recoil.. I would recommend this to anyone.. and cheap to shoot..

I really hate to leave a bad review but I%u2019ve never owned a gun that operated this poorly. Chiappa seems open to having it sent back for repairs, which prompts me to compliment them despite this gun being bad out of the box. I%u2019m going to keep shooting it to see if it just needs a really arduous break in - I%u2019d rather try to avoid sending back, for now anyway. I don%u2019t want I be too negative given the price point, but bad finish I can deal with. Constant ftf is just annoying.

I mostly shoot long guns so I bought this pistol to get some trigger time on a hand gun. After about 350 rounds through it I'm very happy with the performance of the pistol. I've only had issues with one brand of ammo, Norma. All others have worked great. Definitely want to shoot the high velocity ammo as the manual states. Great for plinking. Great for getting comfortable with hand guns. I prefer a little heavier pistol so this works well for me. I would definitely recommend this gun as well as Bud's. They're good folks.

I've put almost 500 rounds through mine, using mostly CCI Mini-Mags, and have only 2 FTF's. I am impressed by this gun, and I recommend it. It is fun and economical to shoot.
