Award winning Lockback designed by Bob Dozier is an affordable, practical all-purpose knife appropriate for daily tasks and the Coyote Brown color camouflages well with some uniforms. A Japanese made medium carbon, high chromium stainless steel, which offers a good balance of toughness, edge sharpness and corrosion resistance. A glass filled nylon material used in making handles for knives. DuPont trademark. The ground surface of the blade is concave and used to create a fine cutting edge. Invented by Michael Walker, uses a leaf spring type liner within the groove of the handle that snaps into position under the blade when it is deployed.
