This cell phone does not function as a phone, but it DOES function as a stun gun emitting 1 million volts and an extra-bright LED flashlight. The Zap Cell Phone Stun Gun features a safety button to prevent accidental discharge and has a red LED on/off indicator. It comes with a carrying case, wrist strap, and 3 lithium CR2 batteries.

ordered four of this product for my wife and daughters...all four devices worked as advertised only complaint was that one of the four had bad batteries and the CR2's are not cheap! I'm very glad I made the purchase and Bud's is second to none...if my ladies cannot reach their guns in the time of need, I'm comforted knowing they have their stun gun/phone handy
