wow this is a great gun. where to start first off the S&W 442 is a recommend firearm of mine they are really light and very nice to carry IWB, boot or pocket they are really nice guns. the engraving on this gun is machine engraved and is nice not the best engraving I have ever seen but as far as the firearm itself goes it is very nice. I also recommend the hoagie grips they add a tiny bit of beef to the grip but make the +p very nice to shoot.

This is my first experience with a revolver. I have always been an auto guy, but I decided to buy a snubbie as an on duty backup. I have to say, the fit and finish is amazing! I first tried shooting lead round nose 38spl and it wasn't very accurate. I then switched to a pmc FMJ and this thing is dead on. I was very impressed at it's accuracy especially for a small gun. I also put some Federal hydra shoks and had the same results. Great gun at a great price. Local shop had the same gun for $150 more. I will say if I buy another gun from Buds, I will just pay the extra for the credit card price as I won't have to wait the extra 5 days for the E-check to clear. Otherwise I'm very happy with the service at Buds! I also carried this for a bit in an IWB and it was really comfortable and didn't print with a t-shirt at all.

Received my engraved revolver several days ago and it was everything I thought it would be. The workmanship is outstanding and the finish flawless. Just fired it today and it shoots great. The trigger is what I've come to expect from Smith & Wesson and it functioned flawlessly. It's accurate and comfortable as a pocket pistol can be. If you're going to fire a lot of +p rounds would suggest a shooting glove or maybe some Hogue grips as the backstrap tends to make the hand smart a little. This is a great collectable and the wooden display case is cool too. Highly recommend.
