Patterns well at household distances, without extreme recoil. Always keep a good bit of this around for that reason. Do not hesitate to buy it!

I pulled the trigger 10 times and heard a bang with each one. Rounds were very loud and somewhat fast and moved mostly forward until hitting enough objects to stop them. The smell from burning powder was mostly pleasant and didn't burn my nose hairs. The smoke was a white to light gray and cleared quickly.

I wanted to try these out for months so I finally bought a couple boxes. Turns out they're good for the range. They have relatively light recoil compared to other buckshot I've used. I'll probably buy some more at some point, especially if it stays around this price.
