How is the reliability on this. Is it real ammo sensitive?

Yes, very ammo sensitive. Try to shoot good quality 40gr high-velocity ammo. Lower grain or underload stuff will jam a lot. They get dirty really easy too. Kel tec gun can be hit and miss. But I am happy with my PMR30. I hope this helps!

Any differences in these PMR-30s other than color

Barry, yes the only difference between the black, navy blue, FDE, OD green, etc. is the frame and slide color.

The PMR 30s all come off the same "assembly line". Not sure which ones you are comparing, since you only referred to one, but there are no real differences between PMR 30s other than color.

The availability date is not even shown on the Kel Tec website yet... and I couldn't find any one any of the usual auction sites. So only time will tell. I liked the 'extension' for the mag which would up the capacity to 50 rounds. You can bet this one will be a hot item, and hopefully Buds will score a few early on in the game.

I was apprehensive on trying a Keltec but, the pmr30 has impressed me. I have put about 800 rounds through it without any cycling issues at all. If you elect to get the pmr30, do yourself a favor and buy the uplula speed loader for it. You will be able to load all 30 rounds without an issue

This pistol is a powerhouse and a lot of fun to shoot. The light weight of the pistol even when loaded with 30 rounds make it a fun gun for all of my types of usage. I take it with me on the farm for varmint shooting and also for personal protection. I do recommend the Auto Loader that is available for this gun.

I want to start by stating that working with Buds was great. This review should not be interpreted as a mark against Buds. Now onto the meat of the matter. This gun is a piece of crap. Every 2nd to 4th round jams. Not easy to aim, breakdown, or deal with for prolonged periods of time. Keltec has some amazing ideas, but horrible execution. Do yourselves a favor and don't buy this pistol. If you're hard up for a 22 war pistol, just go with a revolver.
