• Q: I've read a few disturbing reviews on here about it blowing up in the hand. I've also seen it on other sites. Is this a known issue?

  NO, this is NOT legal in CA due to not being on CA handgun roster ( https://oag.ca.gov/firearms/certified-handguns/search ). Handgun needs to be on CA roster to be CA compliant. I hope this helps!

• Q: How is the reliability on this. Is it real ammo sensitive?

  Yes, very ammo sensitive. Try to shoot good quality 40gr high-velocity ammo. Lower grain or underload stuff will jam a lot. They get dirty really easy too. Kel tec gun can be hit and miss. But I am happy with my PMR30. I hope this helps!
