Kevin, yes sir, this has a sealed primer. Actually accidentally dropped one of these but in 9mm down the bathroom sink. By time I got around to unscrewing the pipe to get it out was sitting in a puddle of water for 5-6 hours. Dried it off let it sit for a day and fired it without any issue. So they're sealed tight. Hope this helps.

You hear about some ammo not working properly in some guns. Will these work in an LCP without issue?

yes they will work just fine I use the Hydro shoks in all my carry guns
