Winchester Super -X .17 HMR 20gr JHP 50rd box - Brass Casing

Cheap for a reason, this is the worst .17 HMR ammo I have ever shot. It does shoot, by far the least accurate. About 3.5 inches at 100 yards. Other rounds that cost a few more cents per a round shoot less than 1 inch for me. These rounds also have tendency to not properly extract. Winchester did the .17 HMR wrong.

The product was shipped fast and arrived as promised. I went thru the first 50 rounds and had 2 split cases with failure to extract. Still very accurate and I WILL purchase this product from Bud's again.

Good plinking ammo, worth buying if you can get a good deal. For my setup, accuracy is mediocre. My 100yd groups went from 1-1.5" with CCI 17gr to 2-2.5" with these 20gr Winchesters. This is with my benchrested 93R17. However, 2.5" groups are still pretty good, so perhaps I'm just spoiled with this extremely accurate .17HMR cartridge. If you've got a different length and/or a different twist barrel, you may have better luck.
