Twelve inch, six-sided rifle-length free float forend made of 6061 T6 aluminum with military type III anodized finish. Weighs 9.1 ounces. Insert rails at 45 degree angles for versatility. Slide rails into any position on the forend. 12 inch low profile picatinny rail; four inch rail and two inch rail. Forward stabilizing 8-sided military grade FS8 synthetic nose cone. Inside diameter of FS8 nose cone is 1.0 inches. Slotted barrel nut with three set screws; allows forend to be installed flush to the receiver. Made in the USA. NOTE: forend requires a low profile gas block for installation.
