Not quite the expansion I was hoping for, fragmented alot and lost some mass upon impact. But they will kill, and you can't beat the price.

This ammo works just fine. Bud's database INCORRECTLY lists this item under 9mm Luger searches when it is actually 9mm Makarov ammo (as the picture correctly shows). That would explain why someone who's not familiar with Makarov would report that it doesn't fit their S&W. 9mm Makarov is a Soviet-developed caliber used mainly in mil/police surplus pistols from countries like Poland. No domestic gun that I know of uses it. I ordered this ammo because the price was right for Makarov, and if what got shipped actually did turn out to be Luger I could still use it in another gun. Though I'm not sure how much expansion you'd actually get from a bi-metal hollow point, it shoots paper targets perfectly in my P-64 Makarov.

This not only didn't fire from my S&W M&P Shield, but also it wouldn't even load, jamming on the first round. I was told by the gun shop where I shoot that steel casing can be a problem. Thus, I donated it to the gun shop, who may have thrown it away.
