The mounting bracket is adjustable and low profile, so it can be positioned to clear optics or scopes. This brass catcher was used on a Hi Point 4595 and it fit great with some mods to the plastic pic rail on the rifle. Works great.

I bought this to use on some of my guns where the similar Caldwell rail mounted brass catcher interfered with the sight I was using. The mount for this bag has a much lower profile and is basically even with the top of the rail you mount it on. Works very well so far.
