Overall the Kahr PM 9 Covert is a solid sub compact firearm. The only issue I have with it is the Kahr 8 round magazine with the 3/4 inch base plate dose not lock into the weapon as it's 1/16 of an inch too long. My solution was to shave off a 1/16", though I contacted Kahr and asked for resolution,. Kahr's remedy is to ship them them the gun and they'd shave the weapons grip. The Kar Covert model was discontinued in 2021 with no consideration for the magazine issue. All in all it's a good gun.
