Yes, the Glock MOS (Modular Optic System) is compatible with an RMSc optic, specifically the "Slimline MOS" Glock models like the G43X MOS, which are designed to directly accept micro-optics like the Shield RMSc without needing additional adapter plates; essentially making them RMSc compatible out of the box.

  It is just a name, not an acronym. Shark Coast Tactical seems to do that with a bunch of their guns. They have other Glock models called Stinger, McFly, Black Bear, Mini Jimbo, etc.
