Haven't got to shoot it yet, but came fast.

I purchased a Ruger Max-9 with the ct optic. It's a great addition to the start of any collection. Adjusted the optic and I definitely like how this Ruger shoots. This is the FIRST Firearm transaction I've done with Buds Guns, it was SO EASY, I now there will be more in the future.

Buds had a great price on this, so I had to pull the trigger. Purchase was easy as usual. Shipping was fast (arrived 3 at my ffl 3 days after I paid for it). Max9 with optic arrived in great shape, and performed nicely at the range. CT optic just need a few adjustment clicks and then it was putting holes inside of holes from 7 and 10 yards. Thanks Buds.

Great ccw pistol. I am a big fan of Ruger and this one does not disappoint. I watched videos with pros and cons, but decided to give it a shot anyway based on my experience with Ruger. The trigger is fine for a carry weapon and the finish is better than I was expecting based on some reviews. The CT laser is really not bad either, you just need to make a few adjustments to get the dot dialed in. I am happy with the setup and would recommend to friends and family.

I find it a great carry gun especially for older people whose eyes are not as good as they were. Also the the external safty makes the trigger pull very easy, as compared to my SCCY c1 it's a very heavy trigger pull causes me to pull of target very low.
