Solid hand guard, sturdy, light on weight vs twice the weight from Briley 3gun monster rail. Yes is it limited on M-lok slots, and pretty much on the bottom side of the M-lok are all unusable for any hand stop or vertical grip due to blink system from 1301. The only usable M-lok would be both left and right which is plenty enough for lights, switches or laser if you may. Great handguard and perfect for home defense since you want it to be quick and light.
