  No, Buds will remove the non-compliant magazines and leave it up to the buyer to purchase their necessary state compliant magazines. No exceptions, sorry...

  Hi Jordan and welcome. Unfortunately, no. Buds will only ship without non-compliant magazines only. You would be responsible for acquiring compliant magazines. This has always been Buds policy. Cheers and stay safe!
