Donald, no this is not California compliant due to the fact it can accept a detachable magazine. Any semi automatic shotgun that has a detachable magazine is prohibited. Sorry but hope this helps.

I watched this gun for a while and jumped on buying it when buds dropped the price from $800 something to $325. I just received it, and my fist impressions are definitely positive. It feels absolutely solid in the hands, as you would expect an $800 firearm to feel. It come with a hard case and 2 metal 5rd magazines. Plus 2 sight options, the fixed handle and front sight, or a pair of flip up sights. I'm impressed with this purchase. Buds, as usual, has made yet another satisfied and happy customer out of me. Thanks Buds.
