Emperor Royal Crown 26" 20 Gauge Shotgun - Blue/Black, 26" Barrel, 4+1 Rounds, Wood Stock

The purchase went well, no issues with shipping, arrived quickly to my FFL. First inspection gun looked good. Got it home and realized there was on instruction manual with it. I had some questions about installing the barrel and since I didn’t have a manual with instructions, I went to Emperor Arms website but they don’t have any links to manuals for any of their guns. Also, this very gun isn’t even on the website. It did say the website is being worked on so maybe that will improve. So instead, I called Emperor Arms and was able to get my questions answered and get the barrel installed via the phone call and emails. He told me he would have to send me the manual. It’s been two weeks and I did email them a reminder that I would like to have either a PDF or paper copy of the manual for this gun. No reply or manual yet. It says on the gun to review the manual prior to using. I might never get to use it if I wait them to send it. So I found a manual of a similar shotgun of another brand and read through it. Overall It feels well made for a lower priced gun, comes with three chokes. I did finally get to the range and shoot it this morning and it shot well, no jams, it ejected and reloaded as it should for the 50 shells I shot through it. My concern with this purchase isn't the gun so much as it is with Emperor Arms. They really need to improve their website with manuals available for all the guns they sell and are they going to be there for support in the future if parts are needed etc. Since I've not received a manual and I'm not sure that I will I can only give it 4 stars.
