For the money, this reel is about the best you will get. Casts very well, smooth winding gears on the retrieve, and the tension and magnetic adjustments work very well. I was using reels costing $200 and up ... until I figured out reels like this will land a fish just as well. This is a very solid reel and I'll be buying more when the need arises.
