The manufacturer doesn't indicate that a case is included. I would assume the rifle comes in a standard cardboard shipping box and packing material.

I was under the impressions from other questions that have been answered, that this is a scr gen 2. But dose the scr gen 2 come with front and rear sights?

To my knowledge, FightLite is the new sister company of Ares, so then why is this manufactures as an Ares if I can only find them on Fightlight? Also, is this the Gen 2 revised model? I believe it is. Thanks

Peter, it is manufactured by FightLite Industries. Buds just has the manufacturer incorrect. This is also the Gen II revised model as well.

This is California compliant. I live in CA, so I know. A 10 round mag is fine. If still in doubt, show your FFL and ask them.

CA requires featureless. No pistol grip. No thumbhole. This achieves both. As for round count; this will be achieved by having 10 round mag that isn't removable so it will require a fixed mag compliance device. See MeanArms for help in this.
