I am aware of the better name recognition in industry, BUT For the money, quality and performance how does this gun compare to Mossberg SA-20 Semi-auto 20 Gauge? Thank you in advance for your input.

You hit the nail on the head Michael. LEG has improved in the recent years to compete favorably with the Big Boys. That said however, I would personally go with the Mossberg SA-20(Nothing against the LEG mind you). I own several Mossberg's and all have never had a single issue.

Hi Michael, Honestly to me a 12g is a 12G. You pay extra for the names in the lower end Shotguns. Once you get to +$450 the quality comes into play.

John, you will need the (KA-LE01 magazine extension for Legacy MP-A) Part number Part Number KA-LE01. This is built specifically for the MPA.

Great little shotty that is very easy for the women folk to handle and not be intimidated by the full on magnum 12 ga blast. Heck, it is actually fun to shoot as opposed to some punishing 12 ga fodder. For home defense slugs or #3-4 shot is morew than adequate. This little gem is as fast as my Mossy 930 spx at putting shells downrange. All in all a well balanced 20 ga that I am not embarrased to take to the range.
