Hey guys, can anyone tell me if this EAA Witness Limited 10mm is one of the newer models that has had the "frame cracking issues" that I've heard about resolved? I'm looking to fire the full power "nuclear" loads and I wanted to know if this is a good choice for that. I'd prefer the Stock 3, but that one's still sold out...

Scott, yes Sir, these are recent production pistols. I would still see about a heavier recoil spring just the same to mitigate frame battering with your Mike McNett inspired 10mm loads. Cheers and stay safe!

How many mags come with this?

EAA Witness pistols come with only one magazine.

It comes with 1-14rd magazine the buds description days "capacity 15" but that's because they are factoring in the +1 in the tube, I searched and verified across multiple websites that this has just 1 14rd magazine. This is a VERY preliminary review as I just took delivery of gun. First off - I ordered the EAA Witness Elite Limited on Monday, 12/17. And (3) days later, I am taking possession !!! Way to go Bud's ! The weapon is beautiful! Heck - the case it comes in is beautiful. And apparently, there is something extra that comes with the Elite Limted. Cause when I opened the case - I got wood. I will revisit this review after a trip to the range.

The gun is a 10 for sure! Quarter size groups out of the box @ 10 yds. Finish and fit are excellent. The fit of this gun is like a fine watch. Just chamber a round and you can feel how tight it is. Inside machining is just like the outside. Fits my hand like a glove. The Golcks are just a bit big for my hand, the EAA was just right. I was so pleased that I bought two more Witness guns in 10mm. Buds service is what it is, not as fast as I would like but they always get the job done. Purchase one and you will not be sorry.
