The Wyatt Earp side-by-side shotgun can be easily opened with one hand,
allowing for fast shell loading. Shell extraction is quick, and the
hammers are easy to cock. The walnut pistol-grip stock is checkered, and
the case-hardened frame has WYATT EARP stamped on it. Chromed barrel
bores are blue finished; sturdy hammers can be cocked together in a
simple manner. The Wyatt Earp shotgun by Pedersoli is functional and
performs well for the Cowboy Action Shooter. Can be ordered with or
without WYATT EARP stamped on the frame.

I was in the market for a high end coach gun and purchased the Pedersoli partly based on it’s reputation in the SASS community and partly based on its looks. The fit and finish on my particular model was nearly flawless, just gorgeous. I found the gun to be well balanced, with a stock geometry that fits well and for me, the gun swings/points naturally. The overall esthetics have to be experienced to be properly appreciated. The action was a little stiff in operation, but I expect that to smooth out with practice. In my brief testing (with birdshot, buckshot & slugs), the barrels appear to be well regulated, and the gun patterns as expected. The gun has an extractor (not an ejector) but the shells fall out naturally with a jerk of the gun. My only complaint was trigger related. The forward trigger (right barrel) was stiff, but the rear trigger was overly stout and will require work. Based on that, I'm dinging it one star.
