A:you would purchase the gun from Buds it would be shipped to the FFL he would help you with the form and all paperwork. He would keep the gun until you are approved and then transfer it to you. "If you are a local customer (Kentucky Resident), we would be happy to assist you with your Form 4 at our retail store location in Lexington, KY - Buds Gun Shop & Range.See 1 more answer |
However, if you are a customer outside of Kentucky, we would have to send the NFA item to a FFL dealer in your state. Your receiving dealer would then help you complete your Form 4 and transfer the item to you. Depending on the item, it could take up to 2-3 months for your NFA item to get to your dealer (we have to receive ATF approval to send the item from us to your local dealer via a Form 3). A:Scott, the answer lies in the "Shoulder Stock" attached. A "Brace" of any type would be considered a "Pistol" even with the less than 16" barrel. Any firearm with a barrel less than 16 inches cannot legally have a true Shoulder Stock unless a $200 Tax Stamp and NFA Registration are completed.See 3 more answers | -

A:Tad, the barrel has a 13.5×1 LH thread pitch so you can add this thread suppressor or use an adapter for more common thread patern suppressors. All NFA rules apply - $200 Tax Stamp and NFA Paperwork.See 1 more answer |
