is the only difference between this one and 3400003 (the crimson trace laser grips) the laser grip or are there other differences? will the crimson trace make it less capable of fitting in the preferred inside the waste-band holster? thank you

Martin, the Crimson Laser Grips are the only difference. The laser grip models will fit the inside the waist band holsters just fine.

Same gun with laser grips added should fit most holsters the same as the model without the laser

What aftermarket grips for this revolver will secure pinky finger to gun?

Any J frame round butt grips will work here.

Gary, the grip is about the same as the J frame, your pinky finger will not wrap the grip. There are aftermarket grips that will solve that problem.

When do you expect a shipment?

This is a nice newer gun so it is tough to give an exact date but if you put it on your wish list you should be notified as soon as they arrive (I've tested this and it does indeed work well). Since this is a new Kimber revolver type, I think being a Team Buds member would help you get one sooner because this will probably be a Team Buds exclusive for a bit before it is opened up (at least 72 hours)

Outstanding DAO revolver for CCW. Well made good sights an excellent DA trigger accurate and reliable so far with about 200 rounds of Speer Lawman 38 +P. Good value for the money.

I have been a fan of Kimber for some time now and when I saw that Kimber was coming out with a double action revolver, I just had to have it. The K6s did not disappoint, it has a great trigger and handles well. Fit and finishing is excellent as one would expect and the revolver is smooth and refined all around.

I purchased this gun based on the trigger after handling it at a local gun store. I already owned 4 Kimber pistols and am very satisfied with all of them. When this pistol arrived I was very pleased at the look and feel of the gun. When I finally got a chance to fire it, my son and I looked at each other in surprise at how accurate this gun was. I never expected a snub nosed revolver to shoot 1” group at 30’, I am sure the gun would actually do better than that if I were shooting from a rest. This gun quickly moved to my top 3 carry guns.

Beautiful little revolver. I got it for my wife but I like it more than she does. My cylinder would intermittently lock up but I guess it just needs to be broken in, this seems to be a going away with use and cleaning. It’d be 5 stars otherwise.

This Has to be the nicest revolver I have ever owned .I Took to the range and ran perfect 357 but I plan on carrying 38 P in but it’s nice to have a 357 if you need gray pistol just buy it . also Buds was great as always I had a trade-in they gave me a fair price and was quick to ship it to me to me Buds is the only place to buy your guns.Also also has one of the best triggers on a revolver I’ve ever had Nice & Smooth you can pull it back to a certain point and almost like having one that you have to cock for a more controlled shot

This snubby is small, concealable, smooth everywhere, and has a trigger as smooth as butter. In appendix carry, nestled against my belly in even a tight fitting shirt it disappears. Ejection is smooth, in fact, smooth is the one word that comes to mind when I think about this revolver. It's the same thickness as a Glock 19 at it's widest point, the rest is thinner and the two guns are the same weight unloaded. I haven't tried it with .357 magnum loads yet, but it is quite manageable with 38 Special +P loads. Accuracy is better than I am capable of. I believe this is truly a gun that will serve for generations. Six rounds of .357 in a gun the same size as those 5 round J Frames. Strongly recommended!
Bud's, of course, was quick and smooth at getting me a gun that's almost impossible to find elsewhere!
