Why is this anymore regulated than a regular AR if it's just a semi auto .223

Gun arrived at my FFL super fast and in great condition. I have wanted one of these ever since I was younger. Fit and finish is top notch. Cant beat a real Colt.
I was steered towards Buds by my dealer who said they couldnt be beat price wise. Guess what? They cant. Not to mention, the smoothest NFA processing EVER! Dont hesitate...these guys are pros.
