Is the NibOne coating really all that good or is it just the same as any regular Glock?

Stephen, it is only slightly better than the "Standard" Glock Finish. It will last longer and keep your pistol looking better as it wards off nicks and scratches better. That said, my pistols with regular finishes keep just fine.

IMO its a gimmick even if it is "better" I don't have a problem maintaining my guns with the "old fashioned" finishes

I know there is two versions of this Nibone battle worn glock. One version has the cut slide and other is plain. I wish to make sure I'm buying the cut slide version.

This was my 4th Glock and it is my favorite. I had a 17 before, but this Battle Worn finish is Great! Everyone that has seen it has asked where I had the slide done. When I tell them it came straight from Glock like that, they can’t believe it. As for performance, hey….it’s a Glock. This is a great handgun and I will buy another one, and of course it will be from Buds.

This Glock 17 Battleworn is flawless. I own several Glocks and purchased this one because of the unique look. Great gun, no problems with the Glock and Buds was great to deal with as usual.
