Kimber K6s DCR Stainless/Wood Grip 357 Magnum Revolver - Stainless/Silver, 2" Barrel, 6 Rounds, Wood Grips

This pistol is a nice concealed-carry firearm; with its enclosed hammer, the pistol fits easily in a pocket or slim holster and the integral rear sight won't snag on anything. As with other Kimber pistols I've purchased, quality and finish are superb.

Absolutely beautiful!! Fit and finish is perfect. The only downside is the heavy recoil shooting 357 magnum ammo. The way the back strap ends at the top slaps into the web between the thumb and index finger. The back strap is exposed and the metal slams into the web. I ordered a set of the "Control Core" grips off the KIMBER web site. These grips fully cover the back strap providing a cushion between the back strap and the web of your hand making a big difference in the felt recoil. So much so that I had no problem shooting 50 rounds of 357 where the first 6 rounds with the stock grips was my limit.

As always Bud's pricing is hard to beat, this Kimber like most, looks so good you almost don't want to fire it down range.

It looks more polished on the picture than in reality. High quality, but not very comfortable to hold in hand.

This gun is even better than I anticipated. Extremely smooth action. Very accurate. My best 357 by far.
