I really liked the look of this pistol and since I had owned two nickel-plated Peacemakers and wanted to upgrade my collection, I sold them and bought 2 of the Texas Ranger pistols.
They function really well and are gorgeous to look at and a true pleasure to shoot!
Will be handing these down to my grandsons. The price I paid through Buds was about $200 less than what everyone else was asking for them. It was an offer I could not refuse.
I bought another hard-to-find firearm from Buds, again for a very good bargain, a week later. My wife of 40 years says either my guns go, or she goes. I sure will miss her.

The Texas Ranger Revolver is a beautiful firearm. I love the four click trigger and every thing about it. The laser engraving looks great and its a lot less money than the carved in type.
With all thats been going on with this virus, Buds still got my revolver to me in eight days. I am very pleased with the efforts that Buds has done during these trying times. If you have a firearm ordered, just hang in there and you will get it....David in Pa.

After receiving this firearm, I was pleasantly surprised in how well this firearm is made. The most impressive thing about this firearm is how close the tolerances are in this weapon. On the outside, the cylinder is matched very well with the frame; there is absolutely no "Play" in the "Cocked", or "Uncocked" positions. It is a very well-balanced firearm, and feels good in the hand. Although I have not fired the firearm yet, and having trained police officers in firearms for many years (State Certified), I can say that this firearm is well worth the price, and it will give many years of service to the owner. I also cherish the idea that each of these firearms that are sold, a donation to the Texas Rangers Heritage Center is given in honor of The Texas Rangers.
