  Hi Jeffrey, yes sir, this comes with 3 Benelli/Mobil style choke tubes, Full, Modified, & Improved Cylinder. You want rifled (foster) slugs and you will get best accuracy with the improved cylinder choke. Do not shoot slugs through a full choke.

  that depends Please check all state and local hunting regulations. I can tell you it is illegal for migratory birds due to a 3 round ammo limit. I can also say you could not practice with it at any of the clay ranges I belong to
