This is a very fine product from Walther, time tested. Its a beautiful weapon to look at too. The gun came in excellent condition, no flaws at all. The gun was well oiled, so I took it straight to the gun range after getting it from my FFL. Put 100 round of various ammo including hollow points had 1 failure to eject on my 98 round count. I have another 380 pocket pistol that has over 800 rounds and cant say it even compares to the PPK. I still have failures to feed and its very picky about ammo. I do not have this problem with PPK. Also got the display box that was in great condition and I will probable not use as the PPK will ultimately go into the safe. The gun shoots very accurate at 21 feet. Very little recoil, however I did get a little sting on the top of web of my had. I modified my grip by not choking up so high the handle, that seemed to help a little. Their is not lot of handle to grip, I do prefer the extension mag. I will have to purchase another extension mag as a received one extension and regular magazine with the pistol. Everyone thought is was a nice pistol the way it looked, got lots a comments. It is a little heavy, from my other pocket pistol. I will try to find a nice IBW holster and I get another 100 rounds down range.

Well what can I say. Its a Walther, Engraved, .380 Blue(almost Black). It has very nice Wood Grips and it appears to function as advertised. This is my second Walther Engraved model. The first was the Stainless steel and they actually Do Not have the same type of Engraved Pattern. This is Not a bad thing however. Even the Wood grips are different on the Blue Model vs the ones on the stainless steel So if you decide to order both weapons, do not expect them to be identical. Still, in my opinion, not a bad thing. I do have to mention this since it is a negative regarding the purchase. It is advertised as coming with the Mahogany Display case which Did Not happen. I contacted Buds and they are working to resolve the issue so this is no fault of Bud's. I am sure stuff like this happens, hopefully not too often since this is S&W, but Buds thinks it will get worked out. (I hope so) I have not fired this weapon nor have I fired the SS model so I cannot quantify the operation, accuracy or the overall function but there is abosolutely no reason to think they will not operate as intended. I am pleased with my purchase and if the case appears, this will be a five star purhcase which is what I am giving in spite of the missing case. As always, thanks to Buds.
