Nina, (same dimensions with the M2 being 3 oz heavier due to internal upgrades) the M1 is 7.1" Overall Length - 1.3" Width - 5.3" Height - 21.5 oz and the M2 is 7.1" Overall Length - Overall Height 5.3" - Overall Width 1.3" - Overall Weight 24.5oz (Unloaded).

Both are full size 15+1 pistols.

Are these mags compatible with the ppq M1?

Mike, yes Sir. The M1 magazines are meant to catch using 1 notch on the paddle release and the M2 models have 2 notches on either side of the magazine meant to catch the button whether it be installed on the left or right side of the PPQ frame.
