Is the rear sight apart of the rmr cover plate? Or is the rear sight have its own dove tail in the slide behind the rmr cover plate?

This has a X-Ray front sight with Night Sight rear plate. Pretty sure it's the same sights that came on my sig p365xl Wich are fantastic sights, especially at night. Hope this helps.

Everything about the P320 X-Series is designed to give a fantastic shooting experience. Now, it's available in Carry size. The P320 X-Series features a modular polymer X-series grip that adds speed and flexibility to everyday carry capabilities. It also features an extended beavertail and high undercut trigger guard to promote a higher grip and improved recoil control. Enhanced slide serrations and lightening cuts keep the slide weight light and manageable. This striker-fired pistol comes equipped with an X-Ray front sight with Night Sight rear plate. The P320 X-Carry is fully compatible with the ROMEO1 optic and comes with three (3) 17-rd magazines. For those that prefer the look and feel of the P320 X-Series but desire the functionality of a slightly shorter slide, the P320 X-Carry hits all the right spots.

I was genuinely surprised by how quick this gun got to the FFL. I knew I would only back home in my state for a couple days for thanksgiving and was fully expecting having to pick it up from the store when I was home for Christmas. To my surprise it was delivered before even a full work week had passed. Big props to Buds for the amazing work.
All that aside this gun is a beauty: feels great, shoots great, and is a perfect mix between compact enough for concealed carry but big enough to feel comfortable on bigger hands. Love it
