  Diego, this appears to be MA compliant because it has a fixed magazine. I would check with your local FFL.

  For the price and the fact that Windham makes good quality rifles with some nice extras, this seems to be a bargain for an M4-type rifle. Later you can always "upgrade" with optics, flip up sights, different color furniture, fore grip/hand guard, etc., and still have invested less than most other brands charge for a basic M4 rifle.
