The Mossberg 500 is known for being rugged and reliable, with the Flex System adding rapid adjustability is the cherry on top. This Mossberg 500T Flex with the breacher barrel is menacing looking with a touch of sophistication all due to the tactical foreend making this baby ready for all situations. My goal for the Mossberg 500T Flex was/is for home defense/ protection. Although the pistol grip is ergonomically pleasing and works well with this set-up, I opted to change it out for Mossberg Adjustable Stock, due to personal preference, of course. The Flex System makes changing the stock and forend literally easier and faster than tying your shoes. As far as performance, the moment you pull the trigger, you'll fall in love. Buy w/ confidence and train accordingly.

This shotgun is menacing just looking at it. I could not imagine the pure, heart pounding, fear it would create if I ever needed to use it for a personal protection situation. Fit, finish, and action are all excellent! Bud's communication, shipping, and packaging are 100% top notch.

Everything went very well. Very easy to deal with. The shotgun is excellent, and I am considering future purchases from Buds. I would also recommend Buds to my fellow shooting enthusiasts, as well as military and law enforcement, like myself.

Was happy with my purchase, I have since purchase the synthethic buttstock and forearm and a 28 inch vented and ported barrel to shoot some trap with. But currently I have the collapseable AR15 type buttstock and tacticle forearm with surefire light and red dote sight on it. Loaded and sitting beside my bed, I pitty the fool that breaks in at night. Truely the best HOME DEFENSE shotgun out there. It came with breach barrel and pistol grip, not much for pistol grips.

This is one stout firearm. Love the fact that I'm able to change from pistol grip to a tactical stock in seconds. Have put 300rnds through her without a flaw. Thanks again Buds.

This is the 5th gun I've purchased from Bud's and as usual great customer service. This was my first long gun purchase but it arrived just as quick (quicker in some cases) than the other handguns I ordered. Ordered on a Thursday and it was ready for pick-up at my FFL on Monday. On to the shotgun, comes in very simple packing material but unlike handguns ;shotguns dont see there boxes much after they've been purcahsed anyhow so no big deal. Mossberg is very solid I've handled a Maverick 88 before and though similar (and a very good product in itself) you can definitly feel the quality placed in the Mossberg 500. The Flex system is great, pretty much making this shotgun anything you want it to be in a matter of seconds due to its quick change design, from home defense, to clay shooting back to home defense in seconds. Front bead sight is very easy to pick up and even with the pistol grip feels great in hand (even after holding for 15-20 min straight). Overall I havent shot it too much but great product overall, great customer service as always from Bud's

Great shotgun, I also ordered the 12 inch buttstock for mine so I can use without the pistol grip. Shotgun came in perfect shape, the action is a bit still but will likely smooth out. Small size is great for home defense. Love the look of this weapon, looks like it means business. Buds shipped this very fast, had in less than a week.
